If you are matched a match maker will reach out to finalize the steps needed to fight on a card. In addition to Step 2 Combative Trio, in order to be licensed, some states may (or may not) require: 

  • some states: fighters age 40+ (Ohio 35+) MRI Exam given within five (5) years, a Echo Cardiogram with cardio clearance, a dialated Ophthamology eye exam and a chest X-ray given within 2 years. 

  • Physical Exam

  • State License Application (Application Fee)

  • Federal ID for MMA/Boxing (New Application Fee)
